Smile, laugh and play in this fun Cook Island and Tahitian dance fitness session. You’ll learn to move in a way that’ll make you feel confident, sexy and free!

This session will have you smiling ear to ear, improve your self-confidence and doing sexy Polynesian moves that’ll make you feel like the goddess you are!

Recommended:
Pareu (sarong), water, sweat towel

PARTY HIIT

High intensity interval training (HIIT) to up-beat party anthems. Get a solid strength workout to fun rhythms, and take your fitness to the next level!

In this strictly strength session you’ll work hard, get your heart-racing and calories burning by the second, all while listening to your favourite tracks. Party HIIT completes the ‘perfect workout’ when done in addition to cardio like ‘Ura Jam.

Get ready for a fun workout that’ll challenge you physically and mentally – athlete style!
